How to make date dessert
To prepare a delicious date dessert, at the beginning of the process, we remove the skin and core of the dates and put them in a food processor, then add mother’s biscuits to the food processor along with butter and cardamom powder and mix well until the ingredients are uniform.
Now we sift the flour into a suitable pan and place the pan on a gentle heat, then fry for 20 minutes until the raw smell of the flour is removed. After this time, sift chickpea flour into the pan and fry again for 5 minutes.
After 5 minutes, add oil to the pan and after frying for 1 minute, remove the pan from the heat. Next, cover the work surface with a freezer bag and grease it with some liquid oil, then pour the date paste on it.
Now we spread the date paste on the cellophane with the help of a rolling pin, then pour the flour on the date paste and spread it with a spoon. Next, we roll the date dough with the help of cellophane and put it in the refrigerator for 20 minutes until it hardens.
After this time, we take the date dessert out of the refrigerator and put it in the dish we want. Finally, spread some sesame on the dessert and cut it into desired sizes, then serve. Enjoy your meal.
